Healthy Birth Day, Inc. is thrilled to invite Central Iowa families to our Des Moines Community Baby Shower, presented by Unitypoint Health. This first-of-its-kind event is being held on Friday, Oct. 17 from 4-7 p.m. in the Junior Ballroom at the EMC Expo Center.
Families are invited to attend an engaging and fun-filled evening designed to shower you with joy, baby essentials and vital pregnancy information. The evening will include exciting giveaways like strollers, a baby suite from Homemakers, nursing pillows, bassinets, play gyms and more! Attendees can also enjoy food and drinks, health screenings, educational sessions and more.
The event is open to those who are currently pregnant, as well as families who welcomed their baby Aug. 1, 2025, or later. This is an in-person only event. Registration is free, but required. Attendance is limited to the first 500 people who register.
